Exchange & Return Policy

Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after you inform us of any issue within seven days of delivery.

• For size issues or incorrect products received, raise an exchange request within 7 days (including the day of delivery).

• We’ll exchange the product for another size or the correct item of the same value — with no extra charges and free reverse pickup.

• If the new product has a higher value, you’ll only need to pay the difference online.

• Products must have their original sticker label attached, be properly folded and packed.

• Refunds are issued only for defective or faulty products. Send an email with your order details, issue description, and clear product photos to support@aurumaugustus.com.

• In exceptional non-defective cases, ₹100 will be deducted for reverse pickup costs.

• Refunds are processed to the same bank account used for payment.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Slight colour/design variations are not considered defects.

• Do not accept visibly damaged packages.

• Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

• Only one exchange/return request per order is permitted.
